This is to be used by the Youth Leaders or authorized church representative. If you are an individual attendee please contact your Youth Leader.
Registration Instructions
- Go to Group Registration under the Register drop-down list.
- Fill out the online form and pay your deposit for your group. You will then receive a confirmation email.
- Go to the Forms page found under the Register drop-down list to find the mandatory forms for all students, adults, and TLs.
- Anyone 18 years or older (INCLUDING STUDENTS) MUST fill out a Background Check Form on Brushfire. Due Date NO LATER THAN May 21st.
- TLs must fill out a Questionnaire
- TLs must have one online reference submitted
- Once you’ve registered your group, fill out the Rooming List info on Brushfire by June 4th.
- Pay your final balance no later than June 4th. Jessica will email you a week before the due date to let you know what your final balance is.
